He was predeceased by: his mother Kathleen Shepherd Perkins; his stepfather Holbert Perkins; and his siblings, Gloria Flowers, Naymon, Daymon Perkins and Thomas Perkins.
He is survived by: his son Sinus McCoy Shepherd, Jr.; his stepdaughter Amy Sue McCall of Palmer, Ohio.; and his brother Aude Fenderson (Ellis) of Elyria.
A graveside service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM and at 12:30 PM at the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
