She was predeceased by: her parents, William Amonett and Ruth Amonett (Kilby); her son Jessie James McDaniel; her granddaughter Nevaeh Darlene Grace; her siblings, Jerry Amonett and Brenda Scott; and her nephew Johnny Hunt.
She is survived by: her husband James McDaniel; her daughter Leaha Johnstone (Will); her grandchildren, Trenton Martin, Issac Richardson, Preston Richardson and Destiny Amonett; and her siblings, William Amonett (Judy), James Amonett (Janet), Kenneth Amonett (Carolyn), Pansey Daniels, Wanda Ledyard (Jeff), Glenda Sherrill (Randall) and Velma Miller.
