He was predeceased by: his parents, James Earbie Williams and Letha Alene Williams (Reese); his wife Debra Kay Williams; his siblings, James Edward Williams, Robert Williams, Bonnie Cruise and Reba Ward; and his granddaughters, Makayla Burns Williams and Felicia Patterson.
He is survived by: his children, Earbie W. Williams, Cameron Williams, Trevor Williams, Scotty Williams, Joy Veronnica Evans, Vonda Williams, Chasity Williams (Ray Anna Williams), Gabrielle Williams and Tonya Williams; and his brothers, Ricky Williams and Martin Williams.
