He is survived by: his wife Nelia Ann Evans; his daughter Judy Hale (Jim); his daughter-in-law Carolyn Evans; his grandchildren, Kelly Davis Evans, Kevin Evans, Keasha Evans, Treva Overstreet and Brian Cantrell; his sister Peggy Poole; his friends, Cleveland Jackson and BJ Brooksher; and his stepchildren, Lorri Ann Talbolt, Carol Faye Bennett and Jim McCormack.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made to Pleasant Hill Cemetery fund.
