She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Groves and Ora Lee Gray-Groves; her husband Gordon Tate; and her sisters, Mildred Laney (Charles) and Judy Black (James).
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Read-Fuimaono (Sioeli) of Joelton and Deena Read of White House; and her brother Leonard Groves. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, & nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cross Plains Cemetery.
