She is survived by: her husband George Thurman Barnes; her children, Mike Barnes (Deena), Lisa Morris (Ricky), Randy Barnes (Keri) and Crystal O'Brien (Chuck); and her siblings, O'Neal Spry, Ronnie Spry and Joyce Smith. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
