He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Olsen and Violet Olsen (Roberson); and his siblings, Jerry Olsen and Darlene Olsen. He is survived by: his wife Linda Olsen (Ingle); his siblings, Lee Olsen and Patsy Horvath; his daughters, Debra Rodzinak (Kevin) and Rebecca Imre (Tom); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Jay and CJ; and his great grandchildren, Noah, Ansley and Everett.
