He is survived by: his wife Judy Ann Stover (Guinn); his children, Tammie French (David), David Lewis Stover, Jessie Ira Stover and Charles Edward Stover; and his siblings, Estes Stover, Elease Nicholas and Judy Orlena Murphy. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bilbrey Funeral Home (76 E Adams St, Crossville, TN 38555). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
