He is survived by: his wife Patricia Carol Allen (Winters); and his children, Kathy Cox, Keith Allen (Buffy) and Blake Allen (Kiley). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; he also had 3 nieces and 3 nephews.
