He is survived by: his wife Kay Bonham; his daughter Cynthia; his grandchildren, TJ and Adalee; his great grandchild Kinser; his brother Edward (Ruthann); his stepdaughter Kemberly (Mark); his granddaughter Miranda (Clint); and his stepgrandson Brad.
