He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Irvin and Lorraine Irvin; and his sister Cynthia Irvin. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Irvin; his son Charles B. Irvin (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Caelon Wayne Eaton, Caelie Ashlyn Rene Eaton, Matthew Irvin, Elizabeth Irvin and Caitlin Irvin; and his brother William Irvin. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
