He is survived by: his wife Sandra K. Rhea (Slappey); his children, Michael Rhea (Ginny) and Yvette Rhea; his grandchildren, William Bond, Kyle Rhea and Cory Wayne Classey Rhea; his brothers, Glen Rhea (Betty) and Albert Rhea (Naomi); and his in-laws, Glenda Nance (Marvin), Johanna Allen and Kathy Miller (Tom).
A memorial service was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Crossville Memorial Funeral Home (2653 N Main St, Crossville, TN 38555).
