He is survived by: his wife Donna Lowe of Crossville, TN; his children, Jesse Lowe (Brittany) of Knoxville, TN, Chris Lowe (Kim) of Crossville, TN, Vickie Lowe of Crossville, TN, Edith Mae Randolph of Crossville, TN and Michelle Daugherty of Crossville, TN; and his grandchildren, Nick Varney (Savanna), Nathan Varney (Jaclyn), Donavan Murphy, Desirae Randolph, Logan Lowe (Amber), Christian Lowe (Kayla) and Caitlind Lowe. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hood Funeral Home (2371 US-127, Crossville, TN 38555). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
