He is survived by: his siblings, Flonnie Smith, Flossie Smith, Nola Lawson, Pauline Ramsey and Oneil Beaty; his wife Maxine Beaty; his daughter Cindy; his son-in-law Terry Malone; his granddaughters, Allison Kelly (Patrick) and Emily Ashcraft (Graham); and his great grandchildren, Sophia Ashcraft and Walker Ashcraft.
Viewing was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rinnie Baptist Church (15283 US-127, Crossville, TN 38571). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Rinnie Cemetery (15283 US-127, Crossville, TN 38571).
