He is survived by: his father James Alvin Campbell; his wife Penny Campbell; his children, Tonia, Amanda Campbell and Curtis Campbell Jr.; his grandchildren, Cody, Jessie Campbell, Kason Orr, Bella, Jaelyne Tuttle and Sophia Campbell; his mother-in-law Ione Boggs; his sisters-in-law, Angie Boggs and Kelly Colich; his sibling's children, Samantha Collins, Ashley Campbell, Megan Campbell, Britney Boggs, Brett Thompson and Brandon Thomas; his uncle Ronnie Campbell; and his aunts, Bertha Benson, Debbie Myers, Donna Parrot and Connie Wyatt.
