He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Kent and Gloria Jean Kent; and his sister Peggy Russell. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia (Cindy); his grandchildren, Kayla Palit (Shekhar), Tyler Kent (Kendra), Zakary Kent, Dylan Kempe, Aspyn, Jerren Garrett, Rowan Palit and Oaklee Hurley; and his sister Kathy Ward (Johnny). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
