He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Parks and Flora Mae Parks (Randolph); and his siblings, Mack Parks, Betty Williams, Wilma Lawson and Frances Fish.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie Parks; his children, Renea Roysdon (Michael), Chelshia Davenport (Austin), Danny Parks and Daniel Parks; his granddaughters, Katie Parks and Emily Parks; his sisters, Judy Waldo, Doris Miller and Nancy Williams; and his close friends, Kenny Lemons and Peggy Fields. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bilbrey Funeral Home and Cremation Service (76 E Adams St, Crossville, TN 38555). A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
