He is survived by : his stepfather Leon Ledbetter; his niece Sarah Conner; his son Jeremy Bilbrey; his granddaughter Chloe Bilbrey of Crossville, TN; and his siblings, Roger (Leslie Bilbrey) of Cookeville, TN, Thomas Bilbrey of Crawford, TN, Ricky (Brenda Bilbrey) of Livingston, TN, Betty Beard of Monterey, TN and Debbie Conner of Livingston, TN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and other family and friends.
