He is survived by: his wife Connie Green of Crossville, TN; his children, Nathan Blaylock (Maggie) of Crossville, TN, Nick Blaylock of Crossville, TN, Jimmy Blaylock of Crossville, TN, Abbey Edelen (Sam) of Cookeville, TN and Amber Shaw of Crossville, TN; his siblings, David Green (Pat) of Crossville, TN, Linda Baldwin of Crossville, TN and Carolyn Green of Crossville, TN; his grandchildren, Willow Edelen, Violet Edelen, Oliver Edelen, Lilli Edelen, Hollyn Blaylock and Danielle Gaskins; and his great grandchild Koen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Faith Baptist Church (92 Walker St, Crossville, TN 38557). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
