He is survived by: his parents, David Lee Caruthers and Patricia Gunter (Cordell); his son Kaigan Caruthers; his stepfather Ronnie Gunter; his grandmother Dollie Cordell; his brother Josh Gunter (Sara); his uncles, Kenny Cordell (Mikki), Joe Caruthers and Roger Caruthers (Lori); and his nephews, Carson and Huxley Gunter.
