He was predeceased by: his parent Garrison of Crossville, TN.; and his brother Jack Vaughn. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Boatwright of Crossville, TN; his brother Rick Vaughn of Winter Haven, FL; his daughter Jennifer Palmer of Interlachen, FL.; and his caregiver Vestlee Lakens.
