Ed DeVries Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ed DeVries of Crossville, Tennessee, born in Holland, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 19, 2025 at the age of 83. He was predeceased by: his daughter Amy Ritsema; and his siblings, Herbert DeVries, Marge Nykamp and Elenor Scholten. He is survived by: his wife Dee; his son Gregory Devries; his daughter-in-law Melinda; his stepchildren, Michele and Troy; and his grandchildren, Ben Ritsema, Leah Olson (Ritsema), Nicole and Dylan.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Christ Lutheran Church (231 Westchester Dr, Crossville, TN 38558).
The family has respectfully asked that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Fairfield Glade Resident Services, The American Heart Association or The Gathering Church of Fairfield Glade.
