He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer James O'Guin and Zula Ann Simmons; his brother Ronnie O'Guin; his son Russell "Rusty" O'Guin; and his nephew Randy "Roho" O'Guin.
He is survived by: his wife Linda O'Guin (Allen); his daughters, Crystal Leigh Forsyth (Lee) and Poppy Dawn Steele (Chris); his grandchildren, Parker Dunn (Kevin), Liam Fitzgerald Glenn, Portia Fay McComb (Ryan) and Ruth Ann Spillers (Grant); and his sister-in-law Judy O'Guin. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
