He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Bailey and Bessie Bailey; and his siblings, Shirley Pope, Lloyd Bailey and Lee Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Judy Bailey; his children, Danielle and Sidney; his sister Sheila Weldon (George) of Okeechobee, FL.; and his sister-in-law Chris Bailey. He is also survived by four granddaughters, one grandson, two great grandsons.
