He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Clifford Williams and Ruby Lucille Williams (Carmack); and his son-in-law Perry Phillips. He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Phillips; his grandson Samuel Phillips; his brother Bobby Joe Williams; and the mother of his child Cora Williams. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A procession was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Cemetery Will Leave Bilbrey Funeral Home (76 E Adams St, Crossville, TN 38555). A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Green Acres Memory Gardens (76 E Adams St, Crossville, TN 38555).
