He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Green (Betty); his stepsons, William Martin (Melissa) of Crossville, TN and Wayne Martin (Vickie) of Crossville, TN; and his siblings, David Green (Pat) of Crossville, TN, Darrell Green (Connie) of Crossville, TN, Linda Baldwin of Crossville, TN and Carolyn Green of Crossville, TN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
