She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Potter and Sophronia Potter; her husband Ray Daniel Dixon; her children, Michael Dixon and Barbara Dixon; and her siblings, Ed Potter, Clennis Potter, Arnold Potter Jr., Paul Potter, Ralph Potter, Imogene Lawler, Bessie James and Helen Mize.

She is survived by: her children, Dianne Henline (Larry) of Crossville, TN, Stephen Dixon of Crossville and Joe Dixon of Knoxville, TN; her grandchildren, Vickie Houston, Chance Dixon and Christy Burns (Wayne); her great grandchildren, Jordan Isaacson (Drake), Jared Houston (Ana), Blaze Dixon and Ellie Dixon; and her brother-in-law Jim Mize of Harriman, TN..

A graveside service was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Potter's Chapel Cemetery.

The family has respectfully asked that in lieu of flowers donations be made to The Potter's Chapel Cemetery Fund in c/o Vickie Houston, 1913 Eldridge Loop Crossville, TN 38571.
