She is survived by: her husband Donnie Ray Green; her children, Heather Hazel (Donald), Clayton Forsyth (Melinda), Brian Forsyth, Donnie Green II (Shelia) and Jimmy Green (Elesha); her grandchildren, Austin Hamilton (Justtina), Kaila Treadway, Becky Cook (Scott), Clayton Forsyth IV, Jessica GreeveBiester (Rusty), Justin Green, Wesley Green and Kaitlyn Green; her great grandchildren, Ryder, Kimber, Ellie, Kirklie, Huntlie and Baby Hamilton; her nieces and nephews, Jesley Sharp, Gayle Anderson (Phil), Chasity Bohanon (Nick), Alley Hale, Ashley Hale, Brylee Bohanon, Jason Hancock (Jackie), Matthew Sharp (Tricia), Patrick Sharp (Jade), Sasha Anderson, Jack Bohanon, James Sharp, Theo Sharp, Jayden Wright and Buck Sharp; and her close friend Lois Ingram. She is also survived by several aunts and cousins.
