She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard A. Nolley and Thora E. Nolley (Smith). She is survived by: her husband Bob Shipe; and her children, Deb (Tim Dill), Ron (Sonya Shipe), David (Gwyn Livensparger) and Rick Shipe. She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren; 12 Great-Grandchildren.
