She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Elmore and Mary Flowers; her daughter Cathy Ranay Payne; and her siblings, J. R. Elmore, Billy Elmore, David Gene Elmore and Connie Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Stone (Isaac Sandoval), Nancy Brady (Robert Carr) and Jonathan Ogle; her son-in-law Toby Payne; her stepfather Jackie Conley; her sister Linda Ogle; her grandchildren, Baylee Mellott (Xander), Connor Stone, Austin Payne, Hunter Payne, Brianna Brady and Joshua Brady; and her pet Willie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews as well as great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bilbrey Funeral Home and Cremation Service (76 E Adams St, Crossville, TN 38555). A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 30th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
