She was predeceased by: her parents, Noley W. Chrisman and Marjorie Chrisman; her husband Larry Collins; her children, Jeffrey B. Collins and Marjorie R. Carpeno; her grandson J. J. Ellis; and her sisters, Velma Sue Chrisman and Eva Ruth Maddox.
She is survived by: her son Larry Collins, Jr.; and her siblings, Marjorie "Irene" Sokolik and John David Chrisman (Deborah). She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
