He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan Vine and Kitty Sue Vine. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Vine; his children, Timothy Vine and Heather Snavely; and his sister Judy Fires. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
