In the sacred silence of farewell, Randall is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd T. Smith; his stepfather Lowell Pugh; and his grandparents, Oliver, Effie Smith, Jimmy and Mabel Todd.
He is survived by: his mother Jolynn Todd Smith of Crossville, TN; his children, Dillon Smith (Anna) of Sparta, TN, Destiny McGregor (Lucas) of Nashville, TN and Olivia Smith of Murfreesboro, TN; his sister Sissie Turner (Steve) of Crossville, TN; and his grandchildren, Nora Smith and Liam Smith.
