He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Headrick and Louise Headrick; and his siblings, Ruth Headrick, Connie Headrick, Raymond "Cotton" Headrick and Bobby Joe Headrick.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Treadway (Billy) and Roy Lynn "Peanut" Headrick; his grandchildren, Amber Headrick, Shelby Headrick, Nathan Treadway (Sierra) and Amanda Treadway; his great grandchildren, Emma Wells, Zayla Treadway, Isabella Lopez, Jasmine Headrick, Lilly Lou Headrick, Addisyn Treadway, Emersyn Treadway and Kimberly Diego Jose; his siblings, Wanda Eddington (Austin), Donnie Headrick (Mary), Ralph Headrick (Sue), James Headrick (Sue), Johnny Headrick (Linda) and Barbara Williams (James); his sister-in-law Sonja Headrick; and his close friends, Anna, Gary Mohring, Kevin, Michael, Shirley and Daryl.
