She is survived by: her children, Penny Clark of Radcliff, KY, Aundrea Ojeda of Radcliff, KY and Preston Clark of Crossville, TN; her sister Sandra Vanwinkle of Radcliff, KY; her grandchildren, Brandy Mize of Louisville, KY and Sean Mize of Cincinnati, OH; and her great grandchild Logan of Louisville, KY. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
