She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodson A Taylor and Callie Taylor; her husband Charles Morris Douglas; and her sisters, Lena Ford, Amy Burnett, Wilma Taylor and Edna Carey.
She is survived by: her son William Douglas (Pam); her grandchildren, Scott Douglas and Melissa Chittum; her great grandchildren, Steven Douglas, Austin Yearwood and Ashley Yearwood; her sibling's children, David Matlock, Michael Douglas, Wilma Raper, Shannon Bryant and Betty Jo Burnett; her close friend Valorie Douglas; and her caregivers, Pat Redwine, Eva Redwine, Dana Sharp, Judy Cumby and Louise Hodge.
