He is survived by: his children, Sam "Danny" Daniel Jones Jr. (Katherine) of Madison, TN and Teresa Dickens (Stanley) of Clarksville, TN; and his grandchildren, Samantha, Sara Dickens of Clarksville, Hannah Lamb of Waverly, Tabitha, Erica Revlett of Madison, Shane Dickens of Clarksville, Nate, Noah Jones of Madison, Daniel and Jacob Lamb of Madison. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
