She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry C. Lindeman and Bertha Lindeman (Baxter); her husband Clarence Floyd Hewitt, Jr.; and her sister Janice Holmes. She is survived by: her children, Scott Hewitt, Sheila Nimmo (Brent), Heidi Hewitt and Holly Caldwell (Jay); her grandchildren, Jonathan Caldwell of Madison, WI, Hannah Caldwell of Hampton, VA and Elizabeth Caldwell of New Haven, CT; and her sister Laurie Smith (Thomas) of Pinellas Park, FL..
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (15 Rock Quarry Rd, Crossville, TN 38555). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 21st 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude.
