She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Lewis and Dora Jane Lewis (McCormick); her husband Raymond Maynard; her children, Ronald Loman, Jimmy Henon and Eddie Allen Henon; and her siblings, Jerome Lewis, Ronnie Lewis, Robert Lewis and Virgie Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Dewayne Wagner (Debbie), Connie Pena, Rodney Loman, Ruth Maynard, Shane Maynard (Cheri), Shannon Maynard, Jerry Maynard, Kenny Henon, KennMarie Henon and Ann-Mariah Maynard; and her sister Sandra Looper. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
