It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wallace Lee Caruthers in Crossville, Tennessee, who passed away on November 2, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Caruthers and Vera Caruthers; and his siblings, Tom Caruthers, Earlene Hawn and Faye Evans.

He is survived by : his wife Fran E. Caruthers; his children, Rick Caruthers (Monica), Ronnie Caruthers (Bobbie), Tonya Wyatt (Jeff) and Tammy Pack (Tracy); and his siblings, Lou Evans, Karen Seiber, Sharon Kilby and Owen Caruthers. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
