He was predeceased by: his father William H.; and his brother Dean Shepherd. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Shepherd of Crossville, TN; his sons, Jeremy Shepherd of Crossville, TN and Joshua Shepherd of Crossville, TN; his sisters, Victoria Shepherd of Crossville, TN and Deborah Winton of Crossville, TN; and his granddaughters, Kara Nicole Shepherd, Isabella Celeste Shepherd and Eva Marie Shepherd.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hood Funeral Home (2371 US-127, Crossville, TN 38555).
