He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Gregory Bailey, Sr. and Annie Walker Allen Bailey; his siblings, Willard Gregory Bailey, Jr., Steven Owen Bailey and Gladys Elizabeth Fox; and his close friend Charles Walker.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ina Ruth Fitzgerald of Pulaski, Mary Francis James (Frank) of Culleoka, Carolyn Flemming (Stephen) of Columbia, Tennessee and James Mark Bailey (Beth); and his close friend Lorraine (Ron Hoffman). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
