He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Buchanan (Buchanan); and his grandparents, Jasper, Evelyn Lee, Walter and Rachel Hayden.
He is survived by: his children, Megan Childress (James) and Logan Hayden (Dakota); and his caregivers, Tammy and Kristle. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
