He is survived by: his wife Deborah "Debbie" Jane Downey Looper; his children, Michael Looper (Candace) and Crystal Bowman (Zach); his grandchildren, Hunter Looper (Kasey), McKenzie Looper, Hayden Looper, Bennett Bowman and Grayson Bowman; his sisters, Cindy Kollstedt (Dan) and Martha Meservy (Steve); his brothers-in-law, Dennis Downey (Mary) and Henry Hartman; and his mother-in-law Esma Downey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and a number of great nieces and nephews.
