He is survived by: his wife Roxie Tuttle; his children, Lisa Barger (Robert) and Wesley Tuttle (Tammy Collins); his grandchildren, Allen Tuttle (Julie) and Byron Tuttle (Ragan); his great grandchildren, Westin Tuttle, Mollee Tuttle and Sutton Tuttle; and his brother Carson Tuttle. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
