He is survived by: his wife Tessie M. Byard; his children, Sheila Haggarty (Dennis) and Tony Wayne Byard (Bonnie); and his grandchildren, Donovan Preedom, Darla Haggerty, Brandon Byard and Brittany Byard. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
