He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Milton Fulwiler and Cynthia Agnes Turner Fulwiler. He is survived by: his wife Karen Lee Sweeney Fulwiler; his brothers, John Howard Fulwiler (Madeleine) and Daniel Richard Fulwiler (Teresa); his cousin Alfred Richard Turner (Joy); his daughters, Virginia Fulwiler Smyers (Brian) and Mary Elizabeth Saunders (Cole); his foster son Charles Eugene Cooper Jr.; and his grandchildren, Alicia, Cade and MacKenzie.
