She was predeceased by: her husband Frank "Shorty" McSpadden; her daughters, Patsy Davis and Kathy Holt; her granddaughter Melissa Henderson Widmann; her great great grandchildren, Armonie, Amaury and Armon; her siblings, Nancy Renfroe, Mary Jane Paddock, Betty Ray, James "Jim" Derreberry and David Derreberry; and her sons-in-law, Fred Henderson, Johnny Davis, William Jack Gray and James Holt.
She is survived by: her daughter Judy Gray; her grandchildren, William "Bill" Gray (Lovette) of South Carolina, Rob Gray (Beth) of Karns, Frankie Holt (Lori) of Churchill and Sammy Holt of Morristown; her great grandchildren, Shaniqua Smith (Monti), Akill Davis (Legend), Zion Bright of South Carolina, Josh Foster (Jennie), Brittany Hayes (Mike) of Illinois, Peyton, Cooper Gray of Karns, Amanda West (Josh) of Dandridge, Anthony, Megan Widmann of Morristown and Spencer Holt; and her niece Nina Brimer (Sandy).
