He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carolyn Hall; his children, Scott Gene Hall (Carrie) and Phyllis Gibson; his grandchildren, Anna Hagaman (J. D.), Scott Daniel Hall (Alexandra) and Shania Gibson; his great grandchildren, Averry Norris, Tanner Norris, Luna Hagaman, Malina Hall and Emmalee Kimmel; and his sister Bondell Dunn.
