He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Starnes and Lib Starnes; and his son Braxton "Brack" Starnes, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Starnes; his children, Heather Bell (Anthony) and Clayton Starnes (Nikita); his grandchildren, Keaton and Aubrey Bell; his brother Joe Starnes (Pansy); his close friends, Joe Outlaw (Betty) and Kenny Davis (Joni); his financial advisor Chris Turner (Ashley); and his caregiver Taylor Sexton.
